Very comfortable place to stay. Quiet room with a great view of the river. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of there way to help with directions and places to go. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. The room was spacious with plenty of room for luggage and moving around.

I highly recommend staying at this hotel. I chose this location because my fiance is in a band and he was opening up for Clint Black on the main stage at the River and Spires Festival. This hotel was the perfect location. We were able to walk to the festival. It really made everything a lot more convenient. The rooms were super clean and cute. Breakfast was wonderful!!! I really enjoyed this hotel and I will be booking again. Perfect for staying downtown Clarksville, TN. Super cute town also!! Loved it! Cute hotel!!! Highly recommend!!!
My only complaint is the showers, they turned hot and cold a lot. But, not enough of a problem to be bothered with.

I liked the location and proximity to family. The view was very nice and the river walk was close and enjoyable especially being decorated
The mattress was too firm and pillows too big so I had a difficult time sleeping. The water in the shower had unanticipated alterations in temperature which was unsettling

Our room was very clean & comfortable. The staff was very polite & friendly. Great breakfast. We stayed the week of Thanksgiving & the Christmas Tree Lighting was the night we arrived. What a beautiful sight too see the entire walk along the river lite up. Thank you River View Inn & Staff.

Loved the river view out my window, the nice people running it. And the absence of people staying there. It was very quiet and beautiful time of year.
Hallway carpets look horribly dirty and stained.

When we first checked in the clerk was super nice and friendly and willing to answer all questions. Liked the in-door pool.
The clerk that worked night shift was grumpy and not helpful. It was like we were bothering her.

Hotel was great and so was the staff, close to the older part of the city.

Difficult to give an accurate evaluation as it is currently undergoing renovations.

Price was good.
They were remodeling the hotel so it was like a construction zone. They should close it in order to finish the remodeling. Had I known that this was going on, I would have stayed somewhere else even if it cost a little more.

I liked the location on the River and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast being included in the fee is always convenient and I liked having the Keurig machine in the room. The fruit in the hallway was also a nice touch.
The renovations were a bit messy and the carpet in the room was somewhat outdated--likely to be replaced soon. Overall, the stay was pleasant and the value for the money was good. Staff was excellent and very helpful. Thank you!
